I garden because it is my passion to create beautiful places in a sustainable way. I believe organic gardening even for ornamental and show gardens is not only possible but in many case simpler (and in all cases safer-for children, pets, the water supply, and for all of our scenic waterways....) than using expensive and frequently dangerous chemicals indiscriminately. I have been gardening all of my life, professionally for about 6 years in various ways - everything from herb gardening workshops to tissue culture of patented perennials in a commercial nursery and everything in between. |
|
I enjoy working with homeowners
to determine what will work best for their unique settings and
planning and maintaining their landscapes. I can do more with
less than most professionals in the field of garden maintenance.
I specialize in the challenges of extreme conditions-wind, wet,
deep shade, drought. I can create amazing blue flowered gardens
(& sometimes blue foliage as well) and other color themed
gardens that will thrive in any light conditions. I have recently started working more with "edible landscaping" and wildlife friendly gardens. I can help you save money on your garden by adding you to my plant share list. Starting this year I will be offering a container plant watering service for selected areas. I will give you a free estimate on a garden maintenance plan to meet your individual requirements based on location, budget, size etc. This is affordable garden care at its best! |
